On Which Type of Substrate Can You Apply Epoxy?
Our coating epoxy can be applied on EVERYTHING! It can be used to seal and protect concrete from stains. Use it to upcycle your old wooden table into something completely unique. On the glass, it can give a stained-glass look. You can also use our Coating & Sealing Kit on updated tiled flooring.
Our coating epoxy is a perfect choice no matter what you want to coat! Before starting your project, make sure that you are working on a leveled, non-porous surface. The area to coat should also be completely dry and dust-free. Preparation is key! Fill out any cracks or holes with a putty beforehand.
If your surface is porous, we recommend applying a suitable primer prior to our Coating & Sealing kit. When working on an unlevelled surface, 2 options are available. You can either start by laying a cement-based leveling compound or plan to purchase more resin for your project. As our coating epoxy is self-leveling, the resin will naturally flow in the lower corners. By applying more resin, you can also achieve an even surface.
