This summer, three lucky winners from the US will win the following prices:

All three winners will:

Here is how to participate:

1. Follow us on Instagram: www.instagram.com/epodex_usa/
2. Film a video or take a photo of your epoxy project (epoxy table, floor, jewelry, lamp etc.) and upload it on this page.

Participants can submit their video and photos between June 1st and August 31th. The three winners will be announced after the contest ends on Instagram, Facebook and via E-mail. The three main winners will be selected by a professional committee. Five additional participants will be drawn at random and get an EPODEX Epoxy Kit and EPODEX T-shirt.

By participating in the competition, you expressly and bindingly accept the conditions of participation.

By uploading the pictures/videos, you assure and guarantee that you are the unrestricted owner of the rights to the uploaded pictures/videos. Furthermore, you agree that the uploaded pictures/videos may be published online, e.g., on the website www.epodex.com. You agree that the images/videos may be used on social networks and websites (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok etc.) as well as on all print media and digital media. All images/videos may be altered beforehand by image editing.

You agree that all information about yourself, the products used and the experience values, as well as the pictures/videos provided, may be used for product reviews, etc. on the website www.epodex.com.

The publication is unlimited in time and quantity. The consent shall continue to exist if the responsible operator (EPODEX USA Corp.) becomes active in another legal form or in the form of another company. The operator responsible for the above-mentioned website shall not be liable for unauthorised and improper use by third parties.

2. Eligibility to Participate

Natural persons over the age of 14 are eligible to participate and win. You represent and warrant that you are the unrestricted owner of the rights to the uploaded images.

3. Duration of The Raffle / Playing Times

The contest starts on 06.01.2023 and draw will take place on 08.31.2023.

To participate in the prize draw, videos/photos must be uploaded and you have to follow us on instagram:

Uploading the videos automatically enters the competition. The winners will be announced at the end of the competition.

5. Prize

Every quarter, three lucky will get the following prices: 1st price $3,000, 2nd price $1,500 and 3rd price $500.

6. Promotion

You agree that the uploaded pictures/videos will be posted on the internet and that your name will be mentioned in this context.

By participating, EPODEX receives permission to inform the participant by e-mail and to send newsletters.

7. Data Protection

The data protection conditions of EPODEX apply.

8. Legal Process

Legal recourse is excluded.

9. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
