Our RTV silicone molding kit is made from high-quality materials to minimize material loss during curing. Thanks to its superior elasticity, it is also resistant to cracking. Molds made with EPODEX’s Silicone Molding stay permanently flexible and won’t become brittle, crack, or tear.

Instructions for Use

1. Mix the RTV Silicone Molding A-component with the RTV Silicone Molding B-component in a 1 to 1 mixing ratio (e.g. 0.21gal A-component with 0.21gal B-component) for 3 to 5 minutes.
2. Let the mixture defoam for 30 to 50 minutes.
3. Place the object you wish to mold into the defoamed liquid silicone rubber mixture.
4. Wait 6 to 8h (at 75-85°F) before removing the object from the cured silicone rubber.
5. Once the silicone rubber has cured, use it as a mold for casting.
