Our polyurethane paint is a must to protect floors and other surfaces. It is one of the best-quality synthetic resins available in the USA. Its matte finish is the key to its outstanding scratch resistance. Our PU coating is easy to apply and refurbish, if necessary. It is a very popular floor coating in offices, schools, and hospitals.

Our polyurethane clear coat is made from high-quality raw materials and is UV-resistant. It is therefore ideal on any surfaces outdoors. It won’t yellow, fade, or peel off with weathering and sun.

How Much Polyurethane do I need?

chevronBottom

A small quantity goes a long way! Our PU resin requires very little product to achieve a resistant, scratch-free finish. It is important to apply thin layer (i.e., max.150µm per coat). Conveniently select the required squareness on the product page. The requires amount to coat this surface, will automatically be displayed. Our polyurethane is water-based and has a matt finish. It can be rolled on or spray on as a top coat. For example, apply a PU coating on top of a cured epoxy floor. This will protect your epoxy against scratches and UV-rays.

How do I apply a PU Coating?

chevronBottom

Clean the surface to coat thoroughly. It should be free of stains, dirt and dust. Fill in holes and unevenness to ensure that that your surface a smooth. Mask the edges or part that shouldn't be coated with polyurethane resin. Mix a littlebit resin A-component with the hardener B-component in a 10 to 1 ratio y weight (for example 10oz A with 1oz B). Our PU resin is very reactive, we therefore recommend to not mix more than 35oz at once. Pour the mixture into a paint tray and remove excess paint from the roller before use. Apply with a roller in a criss-cross pattern. Let the PU coating dry completely. For perfect processing and a top result, please always observe the recommended room temperature. Please note that the PU resin can't be applied thicker than 0.3oz/sqft. Thicker layer do not cure properly.
